επειδή θα κάνω φορμάτ στο PC τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνω backup για να μη χάσω τα syncs μου και τα apps ώστε όταν το ξαναβάλω μετά το format να είναι όλα όπως πριν;

Σε jailbroken iphone πως διαγράφουμε δεδομένα(εικονες-επαφες-e-mail-cloud),χωρίς να κάνουμε restore και χάσουμε το jailbreak?
