Τα ίδια βέβαια έλεγαν και από την Pirelli όταν ήταν να φύγει η Bridgestone. Ότι αποκλείουν το σενάριο να μπουν στην f1.

Μπορεις να δοκιμαζεις και μονο γομες.....
Αν και νομιζω οτι στην συγκεκριμενη δοκιμη δοκιμαζανε καινουρια sidewalls που εχουν μεσα και ανθρακωνηματα.

Rosberg let slip about secret test to Vettel

It has been reported that Sebastian Vettel was the whistleblower behind the 'secret' Pirelli tyre test after Nico Rosberg let slip during a conversation with his fellow German during the driver briefing in Monaco.
Rosberg reportedly mentioned the test to Vettel who, after the driver briefing, informed Christian Horner who proceeded to lodge an official protest with the FIA on Sunday morning ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix.
Ferrari then followed suit after Horner was seen in discussion with rival team principal Stefano Domenicali.
It would explain why the test, which Mercedes and Pirelli claim wasn't a secret, only came to light two weeks after it happened.
The Red Bull driver, who Sky Sports News described as a 'world champion-turned detective', is confident Mercedes have gained a significant advantage.
'I see it as a critical issue,' he told the Suddeutsche-Zeitung newspaper. 'Each test kilometre is an advantage and Mercedes had the opportunity to test tyres that we will probably race at Silverstone. I think this is an advantage over all the other teams.'
Rosberg meanwhile denies he, team-mate Lewis Hamilton and the team, gained anything from the three-day event.

Whenever an F1 car runs on track, the team will have planned what parts are fitted and the set up of every facet of the car. Now over a year and a half old and with an even older car, this set up sheet appeared on the Lotus Media site. It was from Kimi Raikkonen’s debut test at Jerez for the team in a R30 (from 2011). It shows some of the set up detail that the teams go into. This also gives us some insight into the spring\damper configuration modern F1 cars run.

Nico Rosberg has admitted he knew which tyres he was testing during Mercedes' tyre test with Pirelli at Barcelona despite the tyre manufacturer saying the tests were conducted 'in the dark'.

Mercedes has been summoned to face the FIA's International Tribunal over the test, with Rosberg previously saying the team didn't have any control over what was carried out. When asked if he or Mercedes was able to learn anything from the test, Rosberg claimed: 'Nope, just Pirelli. I was trying to give them as much information as possible and what I was feeling to help them out with their tyre development program.'

**However, when then asked if he knew which tyres he was testing, in contrast to recent comments from Pirelli Rosberg replied: 'Yes, for sure, of course.

'Yeah, definitely, I was aware of what the ideas were and what they were testing because I need to know that to try and be able to pinpoint for them best what's going on and what directions are likely to be best for them.'

Rosberg's comments come despite Pirelli stating previously:**
