Αδερφέ μάλλον δεν ασχολούνται καθόλου με αυτό το θέμα και προτείνω να τους βομβαρδίσουμε και αυτούς για να νιώσουν οτι κάτι δεν πάει καλά , έτσι θα έχουμε περισσότερες ελπίδες .

Καλησπέρα παιδιά σχετικά με τι ερωτήσεις σας του έχω κάνει ερώτηση εάν το 2008-1 έχει 100% κάλυψη και περιμένω απάντηση .
Προτείνω βομβαρδισμό από πολλούς μόνο έτσι εάν κερδίσουμε κάτι ..

Thank you for your prompt response. I must say, however, that I am very
disappointed with your reply. It seems that there is a problem between
Mitsubishi Motors Europe and Mitsubishi Greece because I am not the only
person who was promised a free of charge upgrade. Like I said in my first
email 38,000 euro for a car which doesn't even have a fully working
navigational system is totally unacceptable!! Do you offer this kind of
poor service to all your clients world-wide or is this something you have
reserved for us unlucky folks in Greece??????

I haven't decided how I will proceed with this, but in any case, the 2008-1
version covers Greece 100% or is it only 42% like I've heard?

Αγαπητοί μου φίλοι χτες έστειλα την επιστολή και εγώ και σήμερα πήρα αυτήν την απάντηση τώρα ετοιμάζω και άλλη προσωπική μου άποψη το βάρος τον ρίχνουν στην εταιρεία εδώ στην Ελλάδα , για να δούμε στη συνέχεια τι θα γίνει .

The map data version is indeed not up-to-date. A newer version is out now,
version 2008-1. Your dealer should be fully informed about this so he
should be able to tell you more. The DVD is not free of charge so if the
dealer would indeed have promised it free of charge then it is his own
statement. We recommende therefore to discuss this in more detail with your
Mitsubishi Motors Authorised Service Point.

Καλησπέρα και από μένα έστειλα και εγώ το βόλι μου σήμερα .. αυτή είναι η επιστολή μου

Dear Sir,

I bought my Mitsubishi Outlander on 1-February-2008. Your dealer (Mitsubishi Greece) promised that by summer of 2008 I would receive the updated map software which would include 100% of Greece, free of charge.

It has been over a year now and I have not received anything. I find it totally unacceptable that I paid 38,000 euro for a car with partial map coverage. In other words, a NAVI system that doesn’t work, considering that there are many other much smaller and much cheaper cars on the market with a fully updated NAVI system. Even cellular phones have navigational systems and Mitsubishi can not supply its customers with the updated software?????

I don’t know where the problem lies – with you or with your dealer here in Greece. Quite frankly, I don’t care. I want to receive what I was promised. If I had known about the problems I would have with your Company, I may not have bought a Mitsubishi car.

Below are details of my car and I await your reply and the updated software of course.
