Usually now books that are written in german, polski, portuguese also , usually they have in the some book both languages. If You want to sell out of your country you should do that ... signs of times.

Our languages are not the most well known in the world and that, is a fact !

The official programm of the Acropolis Rally, is like you describe.
The books that are mentioned, are 'incomplete' let's say. My comment is more a blame to the publisher.

Someone could tell me the real name of 'Eni' who drove one Alpine Renault A 110 (ex-Siroco) in the Acropolis 1977 and if someone could tell me what happened to that Alpine.

'Eni' in greek 'ΕΝΥ' was the nickname of Mrs El. Seferli.

El= ELENI (99%)
El= ELEFTHERIA (1%)

I don't think that Eni's Alpine was ex-Siroco (It could be the ex-Criticos car or another car)

The Siroco car was purchased and raced by late A.Karatzas in 1979, then purchased by a guy who still owns it but is not racing it.

APR was involved with the maintenance of Karatzas's Alpine and still has all documentation with the handwritting of Siroco and Maria Livieratos.

All these curiosity appears in a french forum from people which is trying to follow the trace of old factory cars of Alpine :

In page 13 they showed several photos of greek alpine and they have asked if someone knew who has been the car 36 in Acropolis 77. I told them that it was 'Eni'-Alexandros Tsantoulas and they have asked what was the real name of 'Eni' and if I knew what happened to that car.

Castor, I see you understand a lot of that subject. If you want to participate and give your opinion it was good ..
